Air conditioner

I purchased a Samsung Air Conditioner and was appointed a registered installer from Samsung JHB.<br> <br> The install job was so shocking, with multiple things being wrong, final straw is that now the air conditioner is dripping water from the unit.<br> <br> I would like this unit removed and a NEW unit installed at your cost.<br> <br> I have been in contact with Portia and Ellis from [URL Removed] in JHB who I paid for the installation.<br> <br> Please see photos of finished job:<br> [URL Removed]<br> <br> Please note that the power cable does not even reach the plug points, so we had to get an extension to plug it in.<br> <br> <br>
