Agent left - is this the only one working there?

Good day<br> <br> I had previously requested repair from Samsun REF *** . I was assisted by a lady named Mary, who gave me information for a repair centre in Bloemfontein, but I live in Centurion.<br> <br> I have sinced phoned to try and get more information, I was informed that Mary no longer works there, and that her cases are being handed over to other agents. None of these agents are ever available to take a call, and I am always told they will get back to me. <br> <br> It has been weeks and no one ever gets back to me.
