Aftersales a ripoff
Please don't purchase. Their aftersales service is a ripoff. I asked them to come in and check a washing machine and TV that were giving issues. To send out one techinician to the same premises, they want to charge two call out fees. Disgusting. Go with LG

12 Aug 2025, 11:51Samsung contacted me and gave the exact same response that I reviewed previously. They are taking advantage of the their position as they know we have no other alternative. Don't be fooled by the apparent customer service. I will not be purchasing another samsung product.
