Advertising but have no stock
I app**** for a phone at MTN for a deal that you receive free earbuds but samsung had no stock. I signed the contract and waited for the phone and was transfered to another branch and eventually got my phone but no earbuds. This happened in April and I am still awaiting for feedback from MTN and Samsung as to why I never received my buds. I have emailed and no response which is pathetic!! Why advertise something you cannot supply!!

Yesterday Vaughn from Samsung called and said that Samsung cannot do anything about the matter and I had to email regarding no stock. It os not my job as you were the seller and had no stock which is not my problem. But thanks to Samsung and MTN for no service!!!
