ADH want to replace working motherboard

Sent my brand new S6 Edge phone in for repair after a perfume bottle fell on the screen. This was for a free screen repair at ADH Premium. The screen was literally just cracked and I'd been using the phone for over 2 weeks before it was sent in for repairs.<br> <br> Now I have been quoted R3300 for a SM-G928 ASSY-PBA MAIN motherboard replacement. Apparently the phone does not turn on. This is simply not possible as the phone was backed up seconds before it was given to the courier. I still have logs and proof the phone was still working when I put it back in the box and gave it to the courier. I also noticed the quote included replacement of the SM-G928 ASSY BACK GLASS TAPE/R.KIT. Why the need to replace the back glass? It was fine!<br> <br> I am an electronic engineer and will be getting a second opinion. Clearly the phone was still functional upon handover. How can it be broken now?
