ADH Screen on SAMSUNG phones

I phoned Samsung Call Centre and first confirmed screen replacement on SAMSUNG S4 Active! Took time out to go to CANAL WALK SAMSUNG Repair Centre. Spoke to reception at SAMSUNG REPAIR SHOP re screen replacement and told me to fill in form got number and waited. Only for them to eventually tell me the sreen of S4 Active is not covered under ADH ( also not seen a copy of ADH warranty ) as I do not see the difference screen fixing. Secondly had battery problems where battery can not be charged through wall socket but only through laptop or desktop. SAMSUNG only said they going to charge me for new device then I only had the phone a few months. Aforementioned issue on ADH screen policy UNACCEPTABLE!
