ADH Premium yet no loan device
<p>I have an s7 edge that is on contract sure i dropped it and the glass cracked however they say there is 1 free adh repair included and a loan device will be supp**** to a similar premium value. i call the call centre and now i get told that i have to be without a phone for a week since Samsung has not provided any loan devices. if they are unable to provide the surface they use to market these devices they shouldnt advertise it. i have no handset to use. by the time they get the phone will be out of warranty. why must we pay a premium for services they cant even provide.</p>

After a week an been contacted by you guys still nothing. i have had nothing but issues with this handset and since i upgraded my contract online i dont have an invoice now it doesnt matter at all. i shall never buy any Samsung product again since this unit has had pink lines across the screen since i got it and it was back and forth with samsung and the service provider i got it from now its broken and still no help i honestly regret gettig this phone.
