ADH PREMIUM LOST MY PHONE AND GIVE FAULTY LOAN DEVICES

Hi. In July 2016 I sent in my Galaxy S6 white for repairs after calling the Adh Centre. After a week my phone was collected on a Friday in which I got a Faulty Galaxy s6 white loan device that didnt register my sim card. I immediately sent them a mail describing the device and the problem and phoned in also. They arranged for another loan device where I got a galaxy s6 black... This was just the bginning. After a while In August 2016 I sent the Adh Centre an email where I asked them how far my device has been repaired. They rep**** with an email stating MY ORIGINAL GALXY S6 WHITE WAS LOST IN TRANSIT. If I hadnt asked I wouldnt have known even. Upset already they Asked me to blacklist my device so they can use the Itc Number for a claim with their insurance. I did that and the waiting period started. I regularly sent them mails to ask them about the progress of their claim with regard to my phone. I have proof of all the mails. Sometime later I was informed that the claim was approved and Id be receiving a brand new Galaxy s6 with a choice of balck or pearl blue. I chose the blue one. Excited i waited for my NEW DEVICE as they had said. Sometime in september 2016 i received a Black Galaxy s6 without a sim Tray and original box packaging. I unwrapped the courier package where the "new" device was covered in plastic both front and back. But the Imei sticker was cut out neatly at the back. Already doubtful I asked the courier if I Can use the loan device's sim tray instead where he said yes. The courier then left and I went inside to test my "new" device. Upon switching it on I noted its not as the original device where it asked for phone setup with email and stuff. Then the phone didnt register my simcard either. And it was already upgraded to Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. which made me doubt and think how new this phone really is. Frustrated I notified The Adh Centre of this problem and asked that my device be collected asap. It was collected on a friday 3 days after I phoned them. Well I then Got a Galaxy s5 Gold somewhat very oldish without a waterproof cover at the centre of the usb ports. This was a letdown ofcourse. But the phone was working... Now 18 October 2016 I phoned in again since it has been almost passed 3 weeks my phone is still at the repair centre. Im a very fond customer of the samsung cellphone brand for years now and this is surely not what I expected to happen. Im very upset still and disappointed in the way which i am being treated and because of what happened. Ive got the emails as proof and the delivery papers of the loan devices and so. Is there any assistance in which someone could provide me to make me feel better please. Ive been waiting since July 2016 now for my own device. Id appreciate some assistance please. Contact me via email and il provide you with my contact dtails.
