ADH not worth the registration
Until a month ago Samsung was my brand - cellphones , tablets etc...

This quickly changed when I took my S4 for its ADH screen replacement.
My handset IMEI number is older than 2 years , even though my contract only expires in 2 months.
R1700 to have the screen replaced - this means that Vodacom supp**** me with a handset that lost its warrantee before my contract expired.

To make things worst , I had to sign a form that I would produce my original contract details on any additional repairs ( second ADH claim )

Samsung , your ADH promise was not thought through - you don't have any records of handsets replaced , now you want to force your loyal customers to produce 2 year old documents before you will repair under ADH.

Thanks for nothing and giving me a false sense of security with a ADH guarantee that you won't honour.
