ADH not replacable after a year

<p>i have a s6 edge and my screen is cracked, when i went to the service sentre they said that the screen warranty is only for a year, since when did it change, i have no notification of your policies changing<br />This is not fair as on your website it says that there is a 24 month warranty<br />why is my screen not being repaired a year later<br />i still have the contract for another year but no phone<br />the service sentre in durban is useless and not very helpful</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want my phone repaired and now samsung is not keeping to their word of even 1 screen replacement</p>
