ADH - not being covered
My Samsung S4 through my Vodacom contract. My screen broke on the 15/09/2015 around 5pm. I immediately called Vodacom that evening to advise them of the incident and they were not very helpful. I asked that they send me the details which i did not receive. I called Vodacom the next morning on the 16th. They then referred me to Samsung ADH. I called ADH who then referred me back to Vodacom. (The first of my run around). I called the Vodacom store in Port Elizabeth who advised that i would need my proof of purchase. I checked my proof of purchase which was dated the 16/09/2013. I asked the Vodacom store if all would be fine if i bring it in today and if it would still be covered. They said YES. I handed my phone in and after over a week of getting sms' everyday confirming that the phone is received and that they are awaiting spares, i receive an email today from Samsung ADH advising that the ADH service has expired before the device was booked in. The service was apparently valid until the 15/09/2015. (The day i called Vodacom)I called Samsung ADH who blatantly advises that it is not their problem, and i should take it up with Vodacom who also cant help. Their errors need to be fixed
