ADH is a joke

<p>The story i want to tell is not of my own but i feel it should be brought to everyone's attention. My friend owns a samsung s5 and he had a accident with it before and it got fixed then the second time he had another accident and it was taken away the first time and after a couple of months he had to call them daily to find out what is happening with his device when it finally got returned not was done screen was still cracked and this time even better some *****s were missing so we contacted samsung via email which i may add is totally useless and once again they picked up his phone this time giving him a locked device as a loan unit what a joke that it was checked then after almost 3 months he practically had to beg samsung for his device and it was finally returned still BROKEN THE SCREEN WAS NEVER FIXED THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED OF THE BROKEN CAMERA LENS AND YET ADH IS FOR A BROKEN SCREEN AND PHONE IS STILL UNDER WARRENTY IT ONLY HAD 1 REPAIR AND STILL HAS ONE LEFT. I personally feel samsung is *****ing over their loyal fan base and i will not get myself a samsung if this is how business is handled.</p>
