ADH Claims Dispute - Bad Service

I contact call centre and get redirected by rep to email. I email [Ticket ID: 119420] and haven't received any response for the past 2 weeks, even though I've followed up a few times already. Refer to email sent the end of March to [Email Removed] below.

Hi

Please assist with my request to claim for ADH.

I called your call centre on ***to claim for ADH, and spoke
with Jamie.

She told me that my \device expired\" in February aleady, but I went on
explaining that I only purchased the device (from FNB) in April last
year. ADH is 12 months for Samsung Galaxy Note 4, so I should still be
able to qualify for a free ADH claim.

The purchase date on the Proof of Payment (see attached image) is 24
April 2015, so we should have enough time to process the claim before
the ADH period expires. I also registered for ADH within the 30 day
period immediately after receiving device.

Regards"

I've been at it with the repair company and Samsung since. Their policy allows for a complete repair or no repair at all. Everyone can confidently tell me that I am liable for the costs, as per their T&C's, but I'm yet to receive proof showing that I can't request to repair only the free items on my ADH claim. They're bullying me into paying the full cost now, even though I said that I would pay for repairs at a later stage, and are practically on the verge of returning the device un-repaired. I logged a Hellopeter complaint, spoke with the GM of Samsung;s repair company, a senior rep named Sthembiso (this guy, very evasive, actually suggested that I rather take case to National Consumer Commission) , and requested to speak with a manager (haven't heard from Leonard since he was first mentioned by Sthembiso). Still not looking any better than before. Physical damage isn't covered by the warranty either, so I can't just ask for their ADH guys to skip repair and arrange for Samsung to repair after. I might have to log another Hellopeter complaint for this one to land with the right set of eyes I'm afraid. I have lost all faith in Samsung as a brand after this customer experience. The cellphone costed almost R13k at the time, so ADH was definitely something that persuaded me to purchase the device. I wouldn't recommend Samsung to any friends or family - 1/10 rating from me etc.
