Access to building and contact issues
My Grandmother and I are both avid Samsung users, both owning a Galaxy S5. I needed to have my screen replaced so took my phone in on Tues 6 May 15 and went to collect it again on Thurs 14 May 15. My grandmother was with me on this day.
We firstly had to walk over the grass and up the hill to avoid a slanted step that had no support for my gran to hold onto as her balance is not so great.
We then approaced a stair case outside the entrance to Samsung. The stairs are each uneven, the first being more than a foot high. They also have an overlap. Luckily, I had been holding my Gran's arm.
She lifted her leg up to get on the first step that was very high even for me as a person in my twenties. My gran's foot tripped on the part of the step that overlapped and she fell down, grazing and bruising her shin.
Luckily, there was a customer nearby who helped me to get her up again.
I find this to be appauling as who says Samsung is only used by young, fit people? What about the customers who don't have grandchildren to help them up the stairs? What about customers in wheelchairs? I wanted to contact Samsung directly but no numbers work and their is no contact mail on their website.
