Abysmal products and even Worse Customer Service. Even have an email address that doesn't work. Is this meant to be the great Samsung

Absymal Service. Never deal with Samsung as their after purchase care is useless. I bought a tablet from them which reached me on 8/9, the battery drained within 4 hrs ( shocking), my older phones last longer. I gave it a week before I complained. First their online email address is phoney, as mail error comes up. On 14/9 I phoned and spoke with an eshop consultant, he assured me first request to be processed, then they will fetch it , then refund. And not even a SMS or email to give any. Yet companies like Takealot are amazing with constant updates.
