Absolutely USELESS

My phone initially went in for a cracked screen to be repaired, came back repaired but a button on the phone was now not working. I then phoned and explained the situation and they came to fetch my phone again, more than a week later they brought it back and had repaired my NEW screen that had nothing wrong with it and had not fixed the button they broke. Once again they came to collect my phone and its been over a month and I have still not got my phone back. I have literally had my loan phone longer than I have had my phone that's gone in for repairs. Since I have phoned about 8 times and keep being promised ill have my phone in a day or two. I have just phoned again and was put on hold for 15 minutes while they speak to the repair centre. I have put down the phone and no one has gotten back to me. I would strongly suggests to anyone to NEVER EVER BY A SAMSUNG PHONE!!!
