Absolutely terrible service from Samsang ZA

NEVER again will I support Samsung or buy any of their products. The after sales service is poor and despite phone calls and emails they just don't get back to you. My washing machine is still broken after their technician broke it upon inspection. And Samsung have disappeared....

Don't bother escalating this - it's been done before to no avail. I'll have to do something else about this - it's quite a poor service.
