Absolutely shocking service!

For what is supposed to be a world class company their service is absolutely shocking. If you buy a Samsung product you better hope it doesn’t break because when it does you’re in trouble. Their call centre is beyond useless, they don’t get back to you, they make appointments and don’t keep them. Very poor....
