Absolutely disappointing product quality !

I got a Samsung Galaxy Ace Neo as a gift. I have been using the cellphone for a few weeks now. The cellphone fell for the first time yesterday , from the bed onto the floor. I would have understood the damage if both my screen protector and screen had been damaged, but my screen protector is perfectly fine. The phone screen however has cracked and the damage keeps spreading to the rest of the phone as the hours pass. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product! I took a step to try and protect my cellphone’s screen against accidents like these.. but the structural integrity of the phone itself is very questionable. This feels like an immoralmoney making scheme by Samsung, aimed at keeping customers replacing/ repairing their phones, instead of offering them proper quality products..
