Absolute Joke
My fridge is making too much ice so regarding the matter for the gasket. They sent a technician out last week.
I get a report today stating that I manually put extra ice in the ice tray and they will not replace the ice maker or sensor.
Please can anyone inform me why I would go buy ice to put it in my ice maker????
That is the most pathetic excuse I have ever heard in my life.
I have a whatsapp from the technician stating he stand by that the ice machine must be replaced but then get complete different report.
Alternatively they willing to sell me the new fridge for R8999 from Hirsch
Are we joking????
