Absolute bad product info

<p>I have bought a Samsung J1 Ace a few months back for my wife. I specifically bought a Samsung device, because I knew out of personal experience that you get the best backing from Samsung than any other brand. Nobody advised me that all the benefits of a usual Samsung device(i.e. screen replacement, water damage, etc. which is covered for the first 2 years) is not applicable with regards to this J1 Ace. Even after I enquired! Now Samsung wants me to pay nearly R1500.00 for a screen and lcd replacement! This is still in the first year!!! It is stuff like this that will push me to another brand with better backing. Could Samsung please get this sorted out? I really hope so!!! I need this phone fixed f.o.c. please.</p>
