Like so annoyed. I have the A71 Samsung galaxy. I did the 7day out the box second A71 and the music player sucks. I had the hauwei P20 had no issues connecting to my car really no issues. But this Samsung i sent the songs via Bluetooth so the song is in the phone its not like in stream the song via internet or Bluetooth. It loads the whole time. I stay 6min away from work and all I get is a mute and the song loading. Like really now fix the problem. Solve the problem. I phoned a *** I phoned that number 5 times first time the receptionist last cut me off. After the 4th time I got hold if her ans the women that works in techno department was so but so rude like I am doing her a favor. If it wasn't for the client she won't have a salary. I'm trying very hard to be nice about the situation. Of if I'm dealing with rude people wow in just so over this. I just got the phone but in already regretting it ☹
