A5 still faulty after repairs

I took in my Galaxy A5 after having it for 2 weeks. I was told the turnaround time was 4 to 5 working days. After 3 weeks I was told the phone was ready to be collected and the faulty parts had been replaced. 4 days later the phone is giving the same problem - overheating and going to S View with no cover. I call the service centre to inform them of this and I'm told I should bring the phone in again for assessments. Monica also informs me that they don't have loan phones nor will they replace it as they don't replace faulty phones. She advised me to call head office as they are the only ones that can do that. I call head office and speak to Sisi who tells me that he service centre can replace the phone but only after it has been faulty 3 - 4 times. So I must drive from Rosebank to Roodeport 3 or 4 times, wait for 3 weeks before I can have a working phone? This is unacceptable. Can I be advised on what is going to be done to resolve this.
