A5 Messed Up

I took my Samsung A5 for screen repair at Brooklyn Samsung in January, after which they took more than a month and half to come back to me to let me know about the status of my phone. After numerous unanswered calls, and on the second month I learned, by chance, that they are no longer operating in Brooklyn. I had to make a follow up with the company which was fixing my phone (somewhere in Nelspruit). I received the phone back, and upon attempting to operate it I found that it had a software problem. I took it in at Menlyn Center, who, to their credit fixed the phone quite in time. To my horror, and merely three days after, the phone was falling apart, screen not firm and somehow I have to handle it carefully so that it doesn't fall apart. I went back to Menlyn center to show them my horror discovery and they promised that they were going to call me back so they can get it fixed. This is now the fourth week and I am still waiting for the call. Now, yesterday, my phone screen has gone blank, thanks to the wobbly screen. Cant make calls nor communicate with anyone. This is totally unacceptable considering that I had to pay over R 1200 for screen repair through accredited channel and another R 700 for software upgrades through accredited channel. It is perhaps time I consider another brand who will treat me right, although I never expected that I will get a treatment like this from the brand I have supported for 10 years. Regards Thiathu ***
