A32 cellphone explosion.

Following the explosion of my husband's cellphone, it was sent to Samsung for inspection. Their response indicated that a weak point in the device was the cause of the explosion. This phone is relatively new; we purchased it five months ago, and it has only been in use for three months. As a Samsung user myself, I can attest that my own cellphone has numerous "weak points" yet has not experienced any explosions. Now, you are informing me that the warranty will not cover the replacement of the cellphone, and that payments must continue, which I find unacceptable. Upon conducting my research, I discovered that overheating is a common issue with this model, yet you attribute the warranty as the reason for not addressing this problem. After this experience, I will certainly not recommend or use any Samsung devices.
