A Second Round with Samsung TV Repair

My TV went in for repairs the second time 😠 for the same problem. It was collected on the 10th of July, I followed up on the 13th and was told the TV was ready and had been repaired. I was told it would be delivered soon. I called again on the 17th and was told the TV would be delivered either the 20th or 21st. Had to follow up again on the 21st and was promised to be called back. The TV is still not delivered and no call from Samsung. Service Order # ***.

Not good enough, I call everyday with no assistance. This is unacceptable, we spend so much money on useless brands and poor Customer service. Pathetic
