A Prize that you can't claim

During the month of November 2015, Samsung broadcasted their special they were running. It stated, if you purchase a air conditioner during the month of November you are entitled to a weekend away for free. We purchased A 12000 air conditioner for our house which cost us R9400. Which seemed expensive BUT due to the competition being run it was extremely appealing and a no brainer to go for it. The weekend away in order to be registered for it and to be claimed can only be done online, after numerous phone calls to Samsung and back and forth being put into numerous different departments we still cannot claim our weekend away which is due to us as per what was advertised for the month of November. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!
