A pleasant experience
Bought a microwave and TV from gateway Samsung store and was assisted by a Samantha Naicker. A very charming saleswoman with proper etiquette who took her time explaining the features of the discounted products
Even though I’ve read up on persuasion tactics of salespeople, I still felt comfortable exchanging my hard earned money for her products
A very pleasant experience
