A Faulty TV that the store and the supplier are ot willing to repair or replace.
On the 29th April 2017 I bought a 49 inch curved Samsung TV at Game Clearwater for R8999,00. on the 3 January 2018 while I was watching the TV a large Black solid line appeared on the left side of the screen when I looked closer at the screen I saw a large crack on the screen, this was an internal crack. it looked like a crack that started from a point and extended up and down. the TV did not fall. nothing hit the screen and even looking at the Tv there is no mark suggesting that anything happened to the TV. I then took the tv back to game as the it was still under guarantee. Game send the TV to Samsung . Samsung wanted me to pay R7000.00 to repair the TV because they claim this is a mechanical fault, meaning the guarantee does not apply in this case. I have a very big problem with this because I am 100% sure that this TV did not have any mechanical damage , it has no scratch and no dent suggesting that something happened to it. this is a factory fault and samsung is not willing to accept it because they don't want to repair or replace the TV. I am a very unhappy customer especially since I am still paying for this TV as I bought it on credit. please help
