I have logged a call with Game last week Monday with regards to my Samsung fridge which I bought last year in May 2024. It was a back and forth with game and Samsung and sitting now a week later and ever time call they say they booking a technician. TODAY I GOT A REF NUMBER FROM SAMSUNG CAUSE I CALLED SAMSUNG DIRECT TO GET TECHNICIAN OUT.MY FOOD IN FRIDGE WENT OF I ASKED IF THE SUPPLY LOAN UNIT STAIGHT NO WE DONT ISSUE LOAN UNITS.WE OPTED FOR A SAMSUNG FRIDGE BECAUSE OF IS WARRANTEE AND SPENT A BIT MORE ON A GOOD QUALITY UNIT.BUT STILL RECEIVING **** SERVICE.
