7 days and still counting. no responce from samsun

It has been 1week and counting since I logged my initial complaint. To date no return call or email as to how they will resolve. This shows the arrogance and sincere lack of concern as service provider. I will officially ***** this brand to family, friends and anyone considering to buy Samsung product.
