Yes SAMSUNG WAS IN TOUCH WITH ME BUT I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE VOUCHER. IAM GETTING TIRED OF WRITTNG THE SAME STORY OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITHOUT IT BEING RESOLVED. I BOUGHT WASHING MACHINE ON 26DECEMBER DURING THE PROMITION BUY ONE AND GET. I BOUGHT ONE BUT I DID NOT GET ANYTHING
