4 year old 10k fridge broken

I 4 years ago bought a fridge at Tafelberg furnishers somerset west. The fridge a month or so ago did not cool. I called a samsung store they referred me to liptronics to have a technocian assess it. It was determined that there was a leakage of gas inside the fridge unreachable and unrepairable. The technician said the leak was a hairline crack hence the slow leak of gas. which can leak out in a week , month even years. In essence I am of the opinion I bought a defective fridge. it has never been moved since the day we bought it , so u did nit cause the damage. I called samsung I was sent from post to pillar. Finally I was told the garuntee had expired and there was nothing they could do. I want my fridge to be replaced not a devaluation quotation , that I eas not even offered bt I really dnt want I want a new fridge. Samsung absconds from the responsibility and now I am left with a 10k cupboard. I had in the meantime gased it for how long i dnt knw. Bad service Samsung bad service. i want a new fridge
