4 weeks still no quote
It has now officially been 31 days and I'm still waiting for a quote. I was promised via the response of my initial Hello Peter complaint that some one would get hold of me. A full 2 weeks has gone by and I haven't spoke to anyone at Samsung. Both the numbers that are listed in the 1st acknowledgement receipt ring unattended.<br> <br> Can Some one please help me. I am at my wits end regarding this matter.
