4 week waiting period

So a quick update. Its been 4 weeks without a phone now. The manager said i will get the device either yesterday, today or tomorrow. When i phoned them now they said the device will only be delivered somewhere next week. Does samsung keep to their word. The simple answer is NO!!!!!!! Stay tuned, we will see what happens next...
