3D TV SUPP**** WITH NO 3D GLASSES

I bought a Samsung 3D with the following model number: UA55F6800. It came with NO 3D. Why would such an expensive TV come with no 3D glasses?? I was told to go buy my own glasses. Unhappy as I was about this I visited few electronics shop in brooklyn pretoria including the Samsung shop, but I could not find the glasses for this TV. Even the Samsung shop does not stock these glasses. I was referred to other shop like dion wire, which are very far from where I am. So I want to ask: after spending so mucb money on your product, how on earth can you tell me that I must run around town like a crazy person looking for the 3D glasses?? Couldn't you just increase the price of the TV and put a pair of 3D glasses in the box??? Where am I supposed to find time to look for 3D glasses? What kind of customer care is this for people who pay so much money buying your products?????
