Shocking. My cellphone has been repaired under ADH warranty and Shaun Naidoo in the Samsung call centre cannot take the time to let me know when it will be delivered. He's either not in the office, does not answer the phone and does not respond to mails. The fact that Constantine repair centre closed down does not mean that I need to drive to Boksburg to fetch my device. Shaun's manager Buntu doesn't bother to respond either. I want somebody to sort this out.
