3 times same fault and now 3 weeks to repair

I have had the same problem with my Samsung S4 taken in for repairs at the roodepoort service centre to be told the repair will take 3 days, it has now been 8 days and on phoning i get a generic \there is a backlog and my repair will take 3 weeks!!!!!"Not withstanding that it is the 3rd time i have taken the phone back for the same issue"
