2 weeks still no phone

I dropped off my S5 samsung to have the screen replaced. Its been 2 weeks now and I am told that samsung does not have stock.I was initially told it be done the same day. Now im told its going to be weeks. It is unreasonable to expect me to be without my phone this long. Seems like I will only get my phone back when the S21 comes out
