2 months later, still no repair

Hi<br> So my screen cracked over a weekend. When I took it in, it was 1 day over the warranty date. I explained, the providers told me Samsung ADH is closed on a Sunday.<br> <br> I booked it into Samsung and Samsung ADH was going to get back to me and tell me, it can be repaired.<br> <br> That was in February. 2 months later, still no reply.<br> <br> The Manager there, said she was going to check the calls.<br> <br> I am not impressed by your service
