2 Months and still waiting

<p>I booked my daughters phone (Samsung J1ace) in for a screen replavement on 19.10.2016 at the MTM store in Richards Bay. This I was told would take 3 days. To date the only info I get is they are still waiting for the screen from Samsung. Now I understand that Richards Bay is out of the way especially when parts are coming from Johannesburg but I could do a return trip in 16hrs. Any items which I order on line take a maximum of 5 working days to be delivered the South African Post Office and a few days less if one of the many courrier services are used. I find this a bit frustrating to say the least. Surely 3 months is a bit much for an item to be delivered even if using a racing tortorse.</p>
