2 MONTHS A73 STUCK ON FLIGHT MODE

I bought a Samsung A73 on the 11th of August from a cell C store. The phone went into a faded blue flight mode on the 21st of October. As a result I can only use wifi on it and can't receive or make calls. Seems like there's a lot of people who are experiencing this technical issue and can't seem to get it resolved. Please assist with the matter! The store tried the checking the settings and a hard reboot but nothing. The phone was up to date. They ended up booking it in but the repair center can't seem to fix the problem coz they are claiming physical damage which was not there as there is evidence of photos taken by the store before the phone was booked in.Now I'm being quoted over R10 000 for something that isn't caused by me!
