1st Class Junk
My 2nd post on the terrible unacceptable service from Samsung, 5 Months and counting, my washing machine cannot be repaired, every 2 weeks, a new call and a new reference number and a new technician, technician cannot repair and closes the ticket and cycle continues, Absolutely Unacceptable.... 1st Class Junk..,
