12 Month ADH warranty lies S7 Edge. its actually 364days starting from invoice not when actually received

I called Samsung repair centre on the 13-04-17 and explained my problem which is a cracked camera lens. I was told I need to being proof of purchase for the device. I had enquired as per why as none of my previous repairs required this as it showed on the system. I had then logged a call with Mtn on the 13th for the proof of purchase. I received the POP on the 19th. I then took my device to Samsung Riverhorse valley repair centre. I was told the POP showed the 19-04-16 5pm. this is regarded by Samsung as more than 12 months and ADH no longer applies and I have to pay. After much confusion I left the store and went home to look for the Proof of delivery. Amazingly this showed the 20-04-16. This means I had received the device one day later then the invoice suggest. I then called Samsung riverhorse valley again and asked if this new finding had any warrant. I was told yes and I should come through. the lady at the store who server me advised that she doesn’t this it would be accepted. I had asked that she open a case anyway as I would like to see. Too much amazement the application was rejected saying it was out of warranty. how does this make any sense.
