Samsung Delhi ******* Advert Use!!!!

Samsung Delhi has done a commercial for a cellphone in South Africa , using an Indian production company that hired models and used services and paid nobody. Also Samsung has aired the commercial without having any rights to do so. I need help please can someone from Samsung communicate with us as nobody responds to mails or lawyers letters this is a bit disgusting.
