Worst service

<p>On the 18th of July my Samsung note 5 fell and cracked it's screen. I book it in at Samsung Kollonade mall where it was given a job number ********** . The phone was send to FX Cellular. I gave them the go ahead to fix the phone but up until now the 9th of August my phone is still gathering dust somewhere in the workplace. I have made countless calls and whenever they answer as I feel they only answer when they feel like it....they will always promise that in 2 or 3 days I will get my phone but nothing happens. This is so disgusting and frustrating as all the time they lie just to pass time. Samsung please get this sorted out or get other service providers who will not drag your name down like the FX Cellular is doing. </p>
