Worse customer service ever

Upgraded my contract in Oct 2024 whereby I was suppose to receive a watch as well as the earbuds. Promotion date ended 30 Oct 2024.

I sent all the documents away as requested received a confirmation on the 11 November that the promotion items had been approved on my upgrade . After numerous calls and emails I am still struggling to find out when it will actually arrive. Tried calling them days on end can’t even get through to a consultant.

Worse customer service ever . Will never recommend Samsung to any of my friends or family .
