Without a phone

Good day<br> <br> I would like to mention that I think the Samsung service of repairing your LCD screen for free is a joke. My problem is that I have to book in my phone for 3 days to have it repaired because the shop is out of stock and not able to order a cover without the phone being booked in?<br> <br> I have never heard of something so utter ridiculous. Why is it my problem that you are out of stock.<br> <br> If you advertise that having your phone fixed if it was in an accident you should be more clear about it being a huge inconvenience to the customer.<br> Also, I see no point in being sent an sms to tell me that my phone is done, if I have no phone.<br> <br> Not everyone has more than one cellphone<br> <br>
