UNPROFESSIONAL

I'm utterly disappointed at the service or lack of service I received for the Samsung Brand store in Clearwater Mall. I took my work phone there to be reset on Friday the 30th of May, I clearly stated that it's WORK PHONE which means I needed it by Monday the 2nd of June. The customer service lady took down my number and advised that she will call me the next day being the 31st of May but this did not happen. On Sunday the 1st of June I went to the store to fetch my phone but she was nowhere to be found because she does not work in Sundays. This was very unprofessional as I was clear about what I required, it was a complete waste of my time and petrol honestly and Samsung needs to do better when hiring staff.
