Wanted to send a special shout out to a staff member that I think goes quietly unnoticed

His name or as he is known as is Dr Phil, he is a Samsung Technician on site at the Clearwater mall branch

He is incredibly knowledgeable with cellphones in particular, he has a great up beat attitude and is very likeable
